It shows how champion Benson Henderson and challenger Nate Diaz prepared moments before their fight, as well as different angles of the bout. Nick Diaz, Nate's brother and also a UFC fighter, winces as he watches his brother get kicked. You'll also hear advice from both men's corners, including Henderson's saying, "You know why he's talking, right?"
