Despite the smaller number of patients who develop hematological cancers (compared to solid tumors and certain other, non-oncology markets), it is possible to develop and commercialize hematological cancer therapies that become blockbuster drugs (i.e., with sales exceeding $1 billion per year). Full transcripts of seven interviews with experts in the field of hematological cancers are included in this report.
Hematological cancers arise from and are found in the blood, bone marrow, and lymphatic systems. The first hematological cancer to be identified was Hodgkin?s disease, or Hodgkin lymphoma, in 1832. Since that time, many different hematological cancers have been identified, including the various types of leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma, plus the myelodysplastic syndromes and myeloproliferative diseases. Altogether, hematological cancers represent a significant medical problem: The American Cancer Society estimated that there would be 140,310 new cases of leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma, combined, in the United States in 2011, and that 53,010 people would die of these diseases this year.

Then the rebellious sales person will not buy into it, nor will they attain the goals.? ??
- Making the Sales People into Customer Service and Clerical Help ? Keep the sales people hunting and closing new deals.? When they get involved too much on the Customer Service side, they stop hunting.? This is not only bad for generating revenue; it does not help sell the benefits of doing business with the company team.? If the salesperson is the only contact then when they leave the business goes with them.?
- Using a CRM, but NOT utilizing the Reports and available information ? It is absolutely amazing the great tools that are available like Salesforce, Zoho, and ACT.? Since 2008, FairPoint has invested almost $80 million and added 1,100 miles of new fiber in Vermont. Nearly 90 percent of FairPoint customers in Vermont now have high-speed access.

Seeing as my house was built 1959 I don't think I have 2" of XPS there and I can't imagine that it's cost effective to dig up the floor now to put the foam in.
I'd like to not put in one of those systems where you use 3 inches on just subfloor to get the insulation value in but I would like a thermal break so that the floor isn't freezing and if I choose to put heating under the floor that most of the heat will be going to the tile.
So, is there any product out there that I can use as a thermal break? I was hoping there would be something like ditra out there, but most of the products I come across are for floating floors (laminate etc) only. Anyone have any ideas?
