Product Review: Spicy Ginger Teriyaki Sauce by The Ginger People

Recently, when I was shopping at my local health food store, the owner told me about this product that she loves.? She was specifically telling me about how she likes to use it to marinate tofu for a stir-fry.

It sounded good so I bought some.? This stuff is yummy.? Between the ginger and the red pepper it has a little bit of heat...but I'm a lightweight in the spicy department so I would not call it "hot"...just "warm".

I didn't love what I did with the tofu and sauce so much, but just today, I ate it over left over jasmine rice.? It was SO good!

It's called Spicy Ginger Teriyaki Sauce by The Ginger People.? They have a lot of ginger products and more sauces I should try!? Sadly, in my area, I can't buy a full range of the goodness they have to offer.?? Check out their webpage and all of their good ginger products.? No junk in them either, just healthy ingredients.? They don't exactly give the stuff away though...it's a little spendy.?

Hey, speaking of giving stuff away, don't you think The Ginger People should send me a care package of each of their products so I can review them all??? Wouldn't that be swell??? Then of my faves I can find places to mail order them since I can't find them all here.? Oooooo, their website has recipes too!? Come ON Ginger People, send mama a complimentary care package of your full line of products to review on the blog.? Cheap advertising I would say :-)

I've also tried the Gin Gins (original flavor) ginger candy chews and they are yummy (if you like ginger).
